When should you plant flowers? how early or late?

If you got the seeds from a packet, the packet should say (probably on the back) when to plant them.
Say

Reply:The best times are spring and fall. In the fall nurseries ussually put there plants on sale.
Reply:if you are buying them as seedlings in punnets, when they are for sale at your garden centre, that is the right time to plant them.
Reply:Normally around late February, Early March
