How can i learn to ordinate and plant flowers and know the meaning of evry kind and evrycolor?

You can book learn until your eyes go bad, but until you get out there and plant every year, visit gardens observe and record.........you won't be where you need to be. College, master gardeners aren't enough, you've got to get dirty!!

Reply:I say you need to buy alot of books, go to college, visit nurseries, the nursery I grow for has a catalog listing the plants we sell, the botanical names as well as common names, when the blooms and colors. You have years of research ahead of you, I hope your young and have time on your hands. Take a job at a nursery, that is the best college I can recommend. Have fun!
Reply:One place is on the Internet but a bit difficult unless you know the name of the flower.. but at your local nurseries.. they have several big books with pictures of each shrub/flower/etc and with each picture, they have the botanical names and everything about that particular plant.. It would be a lot of work to look thru everything but I know of no other simple way to do it.performing arts
