When can you plant flowers what month?

There is a general rule of thumb plant rhizomes and bulbs in the fall. Tubers at anytime. and flowers/plants/seeds when all danger of frost and freezing is past and the ground is about 50 degrees warm.

You may also have government local offices that offer advice for planting, fertilizing, etc. In the U.S. many states have county Extension Offices for agricultural info. Good luck.performing arts
