Does planting flowers in runescape increase any any skill?

farming but certain plants bring up your herblore such as mandrake and lava flower

Marigolds , nastradurm , rosemary , limpwort %26amp; woad are all for farming xp plus have side uses. The first 3 protect other vegitbles from disease ( marigold flowers are also used in summoning ). Limpwort is used in herblore . Woad is for crafting.
