What outside plants flower all summer long - not to sunny area - front of house- renting not own property so i

Impatiens. You can get them in all sorts of colours. Despite their advertising, they do best in shady areas. And they do flower all summer long.

FlowersBirthday FlowersSympathy FlowersAnnuals are the ones that bloom all season. See how many hours of sun you get, then go and look at the annuals and read the label to see what kind of sun requirement they have. If you get a half a day of sun that is usually enough. Do you have deer where you live? If so, that reduces which things you can plant, because they think you put those flowers there just for them. Other things you can find on those little tags are how high the plants grow and a suggestion for how far apart to plant them. If it is shady, impatiens are nice for color and they go all season. If you think you are going to move, why don't you do yourself some nice big pots and they can go with you when you go.
Reply:Petunias like sun, begonias do best in sun, impatiens stretch in the shade, reaching for the sun, But the New Guinea Impatiens like partial shade, this is a hardy plant, that has beautiful blooms and several different varieties with different colored leaves, like orange blooms with bronze leaves, pink bloom with almost black shiny leaves, there is not as much maintenance with this flower.
Reply:Impatients, begonias, both make nice shaddy flower beds, I used white impatients last year they worked woderful.
Reply:if you want flowering shrubs that bloom all summer in partial sun,

loropetalum

hydrangeas (endless summer)

some weigelas
Reply:Impatiens or begonias ... if you don't want a lot of work plant begonias they are drought tolerant (so if you forget to water them, they will be ok). Both plants are annuals and will flower all summer long.books authors
