How do you plant flowers?

dig a hole bigger than the pot. mix in some rich potting soil or gardening soil with the existing earth and add a little plant food. Water that hole empty, fill it twice and let the water soak in twice. Now add your potted plant, fill in about half way around with potting soil, water again, add a sprinkle of plant food, then fill the rest with dirt and water again. It's off to a nice start.
