I asked what are flowering plants a few minutes ago but it was a typing error. I meant non flowering

Reply:moss, liverwort, horsetail, fern, pine
Reply:The flowering plants produce seeds in a complex organ the flower. The seed bearing ovary is accompanied by leaves modified as petals and sepals, originating from a dedicated tissue on the stem. The term angiosperms for the flowering plants means hidden seed.

In contrast the nonflowering plants have reproductive units that are produced in other modes.

The gymnosperms are naked seed plants. The seed is typically formed in cones, with modified whorls of leaflike structures. The pine, firs and cycads are examples.

Other nonflowering plants are called cryptogams. These organisms do not produce seeds. The reproductive unit is a spore. The spores of some plants are borne in a specialized container called the sporangium in mosses, bryophytes and ferns.

The spores of algae and fungi are sometimes borne in sporangia as wall enclosed cells or some having flagellated cells which have mobility.computer
