Main characteristics of flowering and non flowering plants?

What are the main characteristics of flowering and non flowering plants ?

FlowersBirthday FlowersSympathy FlowersQuick answer... flowering plants produce seeds... they have a male part stamen that produce the 'male/ sperm' cells and the female part- pistil, produces egg cells. The new plant or seed is a combination of the sperm and egg.


Non-flowering plants don't do this... they usually reproduce through spores... they don't produce flowers... for example ferns...
